Ich telefoniere schon jahrelang mit DREI und bin sehr zufrieden! Auch mein 82 jähriger Vater ist dort Kunde und geht mit allen seinen Fragen zu dem Shop im ECE in Kapfenberg! Er wird dort jedes Mal sehr freundlich bedient und alle seine Fragen und Probleme werden mit viel Geduld beantwortet und auch gleich erledigt.

A customer exhibiting aggressive, loud, emotional behavior was treated by the two women from the company with the same level of professionalism as a psychologist.
5 times the same thing with different content, explaining to the original customers that they don't have to cancel their prepaid SIM card and have to hand it over.
I admire the women; a good report for 3 people.

Dear Yvonne... thank you so much for your excellent advice and service. Unfortunately, the Drei system had barely stopped working as soon as we were back in our region... 8630 Mariazell, when we were back in emergency mode. It must have been a major disruption that the Drei shops weren't informed about by their headquarters.
